Terms of Travel
- The Living Seas Booking Form must be submitted at least 1 month before the start date of the trip along with a 50% non-refundable deposit. Full payment is to be made at least 2 weeks before the start date of the trip.
- Spaces on trips are not confirmed until a deposit is received by Living Seas.
- A 50% charge is applicable for any cancellations after confirmation. Full charge is applicable 2 weeks before departure date, or longer depending on the policies of the external operator or resort, whichever is longer.
- Additional travel insurance is recommended upon booking in case of last minute cancellations or change of travel plans. Please contact Living Seas to purchase travel insurance which covers diving accident injury and medical evacuation costs.
- Living Seas reserves the right to change any of the trip details as it sees fit at any time before departure.
