Equipment Servicing Centre
Living Seas is one of the few Halcyon Authorized Servicing Centres in the region and we are able to handle any type of Halcyon equipment, from warranty issues, regulators, inflators and dump valves.
We take very seriously the functioning of equipment literally keeping you alive underwater, and as such, we ensure that all servicing jobs are done to manufacturer’s standards, and we produce a service report at the end of the job for the customer to keep as a record of the service done.
Please use the help desk system below to submit a ticket for equipment servicing. We’ve implemented this system to give customers the peace of mind on the status of the work being done on their equipment. All changes to equipment can be tracked using this system at each stage of its progress.
