I've just brought my car in for a servicing and more importantly, a change of tires, my first in more than 5 years. The technician wasn't too impressed with the tire wear, and in view of the seasonal rain that's been hitting Singapore, he has every reason not to be impressed with my cavalier attitude. Tires are what keeps the car in contact with the road and having optimal performing tires are of paramount importance to your safety, as well as that of your passengers and other road users.
